Subject: Complaint regarding non-delivery and return of courier

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a complaint against your courier service regarding a parcel that I booked on ** April. It is very disappointing that the courier has neither been delivered to the recipient nor has there been any communication from your side.

When I tracked the shipment, it is showing that the parcel has been returned back, without any proper reason or prior information. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and provide a clear explanation for:

- Why the courier was not delivered
- Why no call or notification was given
- Why the parcel was returned without informing me

I also request you to take immediate action to either re-deliver the courier or arrange a proper solution at the earliest.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and respond as soon as possible.
