Sillytees - Package not received

I got their details from online when I searched for customised T-shirts. They have a website - www.sillytees.in. Contacted them on *th January ****. After detailed discussion, they send me a sample T-shirt to check the quality. After that, I placed the order. The total order value was *****. They requested an advance of Rs.**,*** that I paid. They told me it is very small work and they will be delivered within one week. After * week no reply, I am still waiting. At last on the **nd day, I called them directly and asked for the product. They told they will ship the product within * days. But still, nothing happened. I called and messaged several times. Always giving false information. At last on **th February I got a reply and photograph of one T-shirt. They demanded the balance payment. I told them I am not happy with the service I got from them, so I will be paying only after receiving the product. They were not agreeing. They apologised and asked me to deposit the cash. After several discussions, I gave them the balance money. Then after two days, I asked for the despatch details. They said they send it by local transport. They don't have online tracking facilities but they will get the exact report from their office. They also send me fake details [I think So].

Please help me to get my shipment or my money. These people are destroying the online market. I have the screenshot of my full Whatsapp chat. But unfortunately, I can attach only one file. So I attached the very last part.
