Booked a dress from Dherya Studio for my daughter's Birthday gift on * Jan ****. It was stating item will be delivered in *-* days. Paid online using debit card and got a msg stating that item has been booked and will send a msg when it is shipped. But today is ** Feb **** but neighter got any msg nor the booked dress and no refund either. Felt very humiliated Infront of my daughter and family members. It's not a matter of only Rs. ***.** but it's a straightway fraud. Moreover not able to contact them. Mailed many times but every time msg came showing mail address not found.
I want either my package or refund with penalty as earliest.
