I placed an order on miniinthebox.com on **th Dec-**** almost * months ago for some accessories for bicycle.As per website delivery time committed was **-** days without order tracking system.After the specified time I raised my ticket for package not received.In turn they replied that in some cases delivery may take time of **-** days.After **th day I again raised a ticket and escalated the matter with their supervisor but regret that they keep on giving new dates and later commitments to deliver the package. On **th Feb-**** I got responded that they will process the refund of full amount immediately and it may take *-* days to get refund to my card.In spite of various commitments and follow ups till date I have not received my refund amount to my card.
Request you to help or suggest the wayout to get my refund amount.
