I have placed an order on ** Oct ****. My Order ID is ORDER #TW*****
But I didn't get any response yet not I get my parcel. They just sent a confirmation mail on the same day but after that they didn't respond.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
