Zuhriyaa - Package not received nor the refund of the amount

I had ordered * dresses worth **** from this Instagram brand zuhriya, i had placed order on April **th and the promised delivery date was **th of June.
After than they have stopped responding to call , texts and if anyone asks regarding the order they talk rubbish and block them. They had sent one kurti after months of asking on *rd August in a dirty condition. Now they have just stopped answering and texting
Please help me get the remaining amount back.
