I ordered clothes from this Instagram page. I made a prepaid payment of ₹**** and was promised to receive the parcel in * days. I placed the order on *th August, **** today its **th August, **** the seller is not replying neither he is refunding my money. After a lot of messaging he replied on **th August saying he will refund my amount after that he is not replying and has not refunded me yet.
