Stylenlook - Package not received even after online payment

After seeing an add from instagram,I have ordered a top from Sylenlook on ** September, **** and my payment to them was successful.But even then there is no tracking id or any such details from their side. There is no way to contact them. No contact number or anything provided and after I have placed my order on their site, it was shown to me that "you'll receive a confirmation text with your order number shortly" and also "you'll get shipping and delivery updates by text".But even by today (*th of October,****), I haven't recieved any information about my order and I have already made my payment .I need justice. I need a refund of my cash. Please help me.
