I was a member of a facebook group named "Mumbai wholesaale baazar" where various seller post their items for sale. I found a guy who was selling Apple iphone. I contacted him on whatsapp no. " **********" on **th august'****. I ordered Apple iphone on **th aug'**** by paying **% as advance (Rs. *****). He said, after delivery I have to pay remaining amount. My phone was dispatched through Brudex courier with tracking No.: *********. Next day, the owner of company phone no. : ********** contacted me and said the package is on hold and I have to pay the remaining amount immediately. Again, he said I have to pay ***** for clearing VAT. I paid the amount and the package was in transit. Again next morning, he said, I have to pay ***** to clear octroi charges. He gave A/C no. and again I paid the amount. In evening, he said I have to pay ***** more for IBC card. I paid again. He was giving assurance several times that I will received the package within * day with all my money back. Several charges were taken in different account like "superior charges", "VAT clearance charge", "officers charge", "IBC Card charge", "Auxilliary charges etc. I paid total of Rs. *,**,***. But, I didn't received my phone nor even my money. They asked me to pay more **,***. Courier tem, Mr. Nikhil with phone no. ********** contacted me and forced me to pay the amount immediately and said if I don’t pay the money now, I won’t get the package and money back. I refused to pay, they blocked me.
