Global india express Pvt ltd - Package not received

I had bought stuff worth **k approx from Massimo Dutti, Delhi and chose Global express india to courier it to Chandigarh. The man took ****rs ( initially he was charging ****) and he promised me that I would get it in * days. It’s been almost * weeks and they don’t know where my parcel is. They are giving me different answers. Their tracking system is also not updated, infact they update it when I call them to update it. Their customer service keeps telling lies for example one time they told me the package has reached chandigarh but it had not left Delhi even after a week of giving the parcel to them, *nd example: they said that security didn’t let him enter the apartment soits returned to Delhi, when all the parcels from amazon etc are coming and I didn’t receive any call that the parcel was here and they are having trouble with security guard... I can go on and on. Every morning I am told a different lie. Please help me get my parcel as it was really important to me and compensation for the mental and verbal harassment that I have suffered. Please help...
