Burger Bae - Package not received

I ordered a hoodie from them almost a month ago- but when ordering I put in the address and phone number of a friend since I wanted it to be delivered to her, but it kept delaying and still hasn't been delivered yet and when I try to track using her number, initially it used to show "not dispatched" or something along those lines but now it just says "no order found", I do not have order number either since it does not show up on my profile but I do have proof of transaction, this is unacceptable.
