MeraTShirt - Package not received

Hi all,

Last week I ordered a T shirt from this so called website called www.meratshirt.com for a T shirt and paid online a sum amount of *** ₹ due to the discount it offered. Once I ordered, the money was deducted from my account but there was no further update regarding the delivery. Whenever I login to my account, the delivery status is still in processing state without further information about date of delivery. I understand sometimes tue delivery might get delayed and take a couple of weeks, but the thing is the customer service is so poor. I raise a concern in their feedback forum and no reply as of now. I texted and called to the given mobile number, no response for that too. Today, a guy picked the call and abruptly saying that this is not the number even before I begin to state my issue.

I understand that ***₹ is not such a big amount for many people, but money is money and if these people can live off like this by scratching off peoples money, I even doubt how they ca get over with that so easily.

I check over their instagram page and all the comments were from consumers who just lost their money in a similar manner.

I seriously feel like this needs to be taken care of so no other people lose money like this.
