I placed an order with fashchic ** on March ** **** for rs *** for * items, I payed via upi followed by which I received their confirmation. Then I waited for my order to get delivered. ** days passed my order didn’t arrive. Then I tried contacting them. I wrote several emails, messaged them on Instagram, but I got no reply. It’s been * months I haven’t received my order and got no refund and not even got any response from their side. This is a scam. The insta page has S such a large consumer base and they are scamming them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
