I have ordered a mobile case and holder worth Rs.*** and they charged me Rs.** for shipping so i totally paid Rs.*** via Amazon pay. I received a sms stated that my order has been placed and i will receive my tracking details in *-* days. But it's been * days and i haven't received a single text from them. I have never experienced such a problem in online shopping and this really made my trust broken on online shopping. Please do take necessary action on tha company Zapvi.in
