Xpressbees - Package not picked up

Xpressbees is a fraud courier. I ordered something from FirstCry, but due to some defect in the product, I placed a replacement request. FirstCry approved my request and partnered with Xpressbees to pick up my order. On ** July ****, I received a message from Xpressbees stating that the pick up is scheduled and shared the pick up guy's number. I did not receive any call from him. I kept calling to reach him. He did not answer my call, neither did he pick up the product. The next day, I received the message from Xpressbees again and the same scenario repeated. I called him, he did not answer. He did not collect the product. This repeated for * days. And today, ** Aug, ****, I receive a message stating the pick up failed as I was unavailable. Xpressbees is fraud.
