Meshoo App - Package not picked up

Worst experience every I have issued a return of one of my Product through shadowfax but one of its branch in kolkata just simply denied to pickup the Product just because the Product is big is size and they don't have car to pickup the Product then why they had opened a courier service or why they have accepted my return request if they are not capable to pickup my Product. This is my AWB number of the Product R********FPL. Please take some action as soon as possible it's a highly request l. Thank you!
