E Com Express - Package not picked up from the listed location

A courier boy calls me anonymously from nowhere and state that if I will come to main market only the will pickup the product. when I have clearly mentioned address the why they are not coming there to pickup if it is not possible same should be informed to the consumer. There is no loss of money but of course Time I was specially waiting for him there leaving all my imp works behind. Kindly find the boy and tell him to complete the pickup and learn to talk little bit in manner.
