I returned my package on the same day it was delivered because of quality issue on **th march ****. But they didnt came to pick it up... I continuously tried to call them and asked when they will pick up... They updated that pickup will happen in * to * day.. But nothing happened * months passed i continuously asked for updates... Now i called they said that return request is cancelled we cannot pick up... My application is still showing as return initiated i have proof in my application that i have not cancelled the return request.
