I have place order from Sanfe India on **th March, as per theri website they deliver products within ** hours but till date my products are not shipped. All the numbers mentioned on their website are not even available, all fake. When I raise compalint via theri email id, I am getting a response within * min. but it looks like some smart LLM responding as in different language I am getting the same response that we will escalate this to our Customer Delight team. When I ask for refund they said we can refund in Sanfe wallet which is definately one or the same thing keeping me money with them, when I told them that your website said refund will be given on your original payment method, they said if that so we will change that on our webiste and within some time they immediately edit this in their website and highlighted it in bold. I am writing email everyday but all waste. Looks like this is a completely fake company which is collecting money from people by announcing different offers and one day will run away with all that money as all their contacts are wrong. Please help me get my money back or get my products shipped. I feel mentally harrased and cheated in last ** days and want their reality to reach to as many people as possible.
