labelsuit com - Package not dispatched and delivered

There is mentioned that "dispatched within ** hours". After seeing this I placed an order on labelsuit.com. Even I paid through online. Even after two days later of placing an order, I did not get any confirmation mail for my placing order. I already wrote to their help desk mentioned on the website i.s. help.labelsuits@gmail.com and tried to reach at the given no on the website (**********). No one received my call. If they can not deliver the product, please refund me.
