On ** June ****, I placed an order for a SeoulSkin Foot Mask worth ₹***. Despite the payment being successful, I have not received my order even after the expected delivery period. I have contacted the delivery partner, BlueBees, and attempted to reach the seller, but I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. The delay has caused me inconvenience, frustration, and financial loss. I request that the company either deliver my product immediately or provide a full refund of ₹***. I also request appropriate action to ensure such issues do not affect other consumers.
