javshop.in - Package not delivering and no response

I have ordered and paid Rs **** for a Xiaomi mobile through a website javshop.in on *rd May ****. Initially, on tracking, I was able to get auto response mail telling that within * days they will come back to us. But a few days back that site javshop.in itself, not reachable. On website one Andra Pradesh address was given. Kindly help me out to find the frauds and get the refund.
