Freakykart - Package not deliveried

I placed a prepaid order with TheFreakyKart for a Digital Photo Art Frame (Order ID: ******) on **th August ****, paying ₹*,*** via PhonePe (UPI UTR: ************). The merchant assured timely delivery, but after taking the payment, they have stopped responding completely.
The order still shows “Processing”, and WhatsApp messages and emails are being ignored. This is a clear case of online fraud and cheating, as the merchant has taken money without delivering the product.
I have already filed complaints with PhonePe, the National Consumer Helpline (Docket No: *******), and the Cybercrime Portal (Acknowledgement No: **************).
I request:
Immediate refund of the prepaid amount.
Investigation and action against TheFreakyKart to prevent future scams.
The FreakyKart is acting as a scammer and fraudster, and I urge urgent intervention.
