Sale.ly.in - Package not deliveres

I have placed an order for a Mi Pad * on */*/**** with Sale.ly.in vide order No. ***** and made a payment of Rs. **,***.** on the *th of August **** through Razorpay payment ID pay_D*PXe*SPF**kX*. The item was supposed to be shipped within * to ** days as per sale.ly website but till today after over a month, the status if the order is still in processing mode. I have tried to contact sale ly but there was no response from them. I would therefore request you to kindly take up the matter with Sale.ly.in to resolve the issue. Thanking you.
