I ordered my product on **th October but it's not delivered yet. People on customer care are fraud not at all giving correct details regarding whereabouts of product. Keep on giving unsatisfactory replies which are also given at their own convenience i.e after many days. Even on my continuous requests to cancel the order and return my money, they are turning deaf ear to all my requests. Worst experience with this site and will never recommend this to anyone. Beware of such frauds in the market.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
