Ubuy - Package not delivered

I ordered a device for my educational purpose since I am currently taking online classes from a university abroad. Ubuy has taken much more money from me than the exact price of the device itself and has not provided the details of service charges because of which the item is stuck at customs for ** days. I am not able to attend my classes efficiently due to this issue. I come from a lower-middle-class background and hence, paying for the device again is impossible for me. I don't recommend Ubuy to anyone.
