Dtdc Bhasheerbag Branch, Hyderabad - Package not delivered

Hi, I m from Bangalore and I m a reseller of imitation jewellery. I ordered one chain from my supplier on **th August to lakadikapool, Hyderabad. They raedidn't sending through dtdc. That courier reached Basheerbhag branch on **th August. The value of the product is ***/-. But we didn't get the parcel yet. The tracking details of the parcel is c********. But they changed the status to successfully delivered on **th without delivering the parcel. We called the concerned dtdc branch asked about this.....but they are not responding properly. After that we asked about the dsr copy to know whom they had delivered the courier but they are not giving the dsr copy. We tried to get the courier person number who did service in basheerbhag area and they are not prviding that information also. Pls help to get our parcel back. Two months completed but we didn't the parcel. I asked my supplier about this, she said ""I m also trying with dealer, and we couriered that parcel and we have proof is track details. So, courier people did something on this. So we are not responsible for your missing the parcel".

Totally, I lost my ***/- and I lost my chain too. I tried in all ways and I fed up. Finally and lastly, I m trying in this. Pls help me.
