I have shoes from the website using online portal worth Rs.***. I got the mail from the company that ordered will be delivered. I waited for * weeks now. And still no contact has been done from the company. I tried to reach on their phone mentioned on the website. But it's not in service now.
I am not sure what to do next. Though it's a small amount but still they should response atleast.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
