I saw a add in instagram by Deal Saga for selling the product which I placed the order and paid the amount of Rs.***/- on **th August ****, so far I haven't received the product which I ordered for. It's a humble request to please look into the matter and either deliver the product or refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
