ClassiCharm - Package not delivered

I had purchased a clothing, from an online clothing shop called "ClassiCharm". Since * days from the purchasal, I have not received a single update, only order confirmation. I have contacted them, but their mobile number (+************) is "switched off". I tried to contact them via Facebook still no reply. I am coming to the conclusion that I've fallen a victim of an online fraud. I sincerely request the authorities to look into the matter in regard.
