Placed an order on this website on June **, ****. In * weeks, the status changed to 'Shipped'. I was under the assumption that the delivery is taking time due to the Pandemic. I have tried reaching out to the customer support numerous times and it is extremely difficult to reach them. It has been more than *** days now. I dont have the plants nor my money.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
