OLX.in - Package not delivered

i have ordered Apple imac on olx.in. Its price is *****. First they said send ****/- and pay remaining after the delivery. Later they sent tracking details Pedigree express services. They said To continue delivery please send the total amount. We sent the remaining *****/- . They recieved it and said tomorrow the item will be delivered. But the next day in the status of the tracking they mentioned vat charges *****/- refundable . To proceed the order pay *****/- they said as soon as possible but dont delay .I have sent them. Later they charged dumurus *****/- refundable asked us to pay. But there is no evidence that the item is shipping just showing the fake tracking in pedigree express services. They are saying to pay that dumurus Charges or else they cant deliver. I said them to cancel the order. They are saying they cant cance the order in the middle and your money cant be refunded now Just pay *****/- to proceed. We have lost a total amount of *****/- payed for the product *****/- + *****/- vat charges i didnt step forward to pay *****/- but they asking you should pay to get the product .If you pay now your product reaches you tommorow. There is no evidence in the tracking that they recieved *****/- its still on hold. I have ordered only * item but at first in the tracking status upto vat payment they showed qty : * after the payment they showed qty : * . I asked them the reason for the increase of quantity. They said without minimum package they cant make a shipment. So this dumurus charges have been applied for you
