Maxwell Packers - Package not delivered

Booked my fridge with Maxwell Packers and movers (Contact person - Ajay Bhati, ****** *****, Address - ***, Shyam Vihar vistar, Dhawas, Near st Thomas school, Girdharipura, Heerapura, Jaipur) on * sep, **** which was packed and taken away from my place in jaipur and promised to be delivered within * days max to my place in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. After several followups material is not yet delivered. They has stopped taking my calls. I try to call almost ** times without any break, they either cut my call, or switch off their phone or don't reply. They have sent me a built receipt on ** sep **** that my material has been loaded and will be delivered in a day or two. But the driver is saying something different. He is in sirsa (Haryana) and waiting for the payment. Now the packer is asking for payment from me as well. He already have my fridge worth Rs **,***. He doesn't answer my calls. I have ensured to pay him the money before unloading my material from the truck as now i dont trust him if even after transferring the money he will deliver it or not. As earlier he will stop taking my calls again. Now he is threatening me, that I have to pay the money otherwise he will not deliver my product.
It's been ** days and I am mentally and monitarily harassed by him. Please guide and help.
