Eteesstore - Package not delivered

I have purchased * tshirt from this eteesstore through instagram. Now its not there in search at insta and i hv paid ***/- for the product i have not received yet after * months no text msg no mail nothing I only have SS of order confirmed and then i search at google i found one mobile number ********** then i contact and he was ready to refund my money through G pay but it's so unreliable method that I have never face it yet of any company. At last I have cancelled all and disconnect the phone, now I am trying again no one is receiving my phone on that above number i mentioned, so please help me through this, ***/- is not a big money I hv lost but if they are fraud then they can do anything bigger and worst to someone else.
