I ordered a Stashfin credit card few days ago I received a call and confirmation by the company I will receive it within a week but its been a long time not received any of the card.
They say they have couriered but when I check at the courier services its shows its given back to origin on request and when I checked the status on Stashfin track my card its shows its delivered I raised a ticket many times but without any response they closed the ticket without informing me. No mails no calls and ticket got closed. See the proofs downwards.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
