I ordered four articles of clothing from Lifehackscloth.in website. The website mentioned that I could not pay via COD due to COVID**. So, I paid INR **** (Rupees one thousand three hundred and ten) by card.
I placed the order on ** August ****. The company website says that I should receive my order in **-** days. On * September ****, after I had not received my package or any intimation of any item out for delivery from the website, I emailed them on lifehackscloth@gmail.com. I have not received any email yet or any acknowledgement of them having received it.
My order number is '*****'.
I would greatly appreciate your help with this issue.
