Dear BSA courier Customer support team,
My package no. RA******* was dispatched on **-Aug-****, till yet not delivered to me.
I have registered my complaint with your POD status portal on **-August-**** and **-Aug-****.
I received same day calls from phone no. ****-******* and promised me your package delivered as soon as possible for formality only.
So, kindly request to you please do the needful so I will get my package POD no. (RA*******).
Today's response by the executive, your package returned, we can not any help.
