I had placed an order on **-**-**** to deliver a gift on **-**-****. My order was never confirmed. I am requesting for a refund of my unconfirmed order. They are not responding to my refund requests. I just need a refund of my order and an addtional * rupee for not confirming for my order and not responding to my refund queries putting me in distress.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
