Have ordered this game on April ****. I understand the pandemic and acknowledged the delay. But after the govt had normalised the lockdown, I have been trying to reach out to their customer support number for more than ** days now. There is no answer. Tried to reach out on their WhatsApp support, no answer there as well. I do see there are many good offer/updates listed on their site. Others should not get cheated like I did. Hence I want to report this.
