Combowear kurties - Package not delivered

This is to inform you that I ordered a kurti from comboweardeal.com on **th july,**** and made online payment from Rozarpay and it's not been delivered to me yet.I saw it's advertisement on Facebook and ordered it and they are fooling people that they are selling it's products on a very cheap price.
Actually it's a fraud company who is just making money by posting fake advertisements.These company are just accepting payments from customers and not delivering any product to anyone.Neither they are delivering the product ordered nor they are refunding the payment made by customer.
It's a request to you to take some strict action against such fraud companies so that they don't Mislead customers and also request you that they refund the money of customers.
