Vage international filed complaint against Delhivery Pvt Ltd on Jul 29, 2020
My shipment with AWB no ************* jaipur to ludhiana was expected to be delivered by ** July **** but delhivery courier is not delivering the package even after ** days of pickup and earlier they were delaying the delivery in name of covid ** restrictions but now they are saying that my shipment is UNTRACEABLE and always tell me to wait for another **-** hours and my customer is asking for a refund or delivery of shipment the shipment has already reached the final delivery destination on ** July but they are not delivering the shipment on ** july **** and saying that the shipment is UNTRACEABLE at their facility worst company ever please deliver the shipment ASAP or issue me a full refund in case you have lost my package
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

My parcel was sent from Ludhiana ** days back and Delhivery courier services are not delivering my parcel and not providing contact details for me to pick it up also. It is the worst customer service
