Easecart - Package not delivered

I ordered two oneplus mobiles on **th July **** by *.** p.m. which is of total cost ₹.****.** in easecart . I paid the full amount and also got the confirmation message. But the product has not delivered yet and there is no response. There is no contact details except a mail id also in which there is no reply. The mail id is mildrebryant@gmail.com. I was saving this amount out of lot of struggles. I'm really broken and depressed. Please help me by getting my amount back.
