Neeraj Verma filed complaint against Shopdeal Clue on Jul 13, 2020
I have ordered Philips MG **** Trimmer by making payment of Rs. **** on **.**.****, but on tracking the order even today i.e. **.**.**** the status of the order is under process. I also mailed them on **.**.**** (as Customer Care number was not available) regarding the status and received the following message from their side:

We are happy to assist you but due to covid ** it will delay ..so give us some time hopefully we will provide to you a solution in * to * working days

Now, i have left with no other option but to lodge a case with the Consumer Forum under Consumer Protection Act. Please advise.
