I ordered a handbag from LadiEra.com (Order number: *****, placed on July **, ****) after I came across it on a social media platform. Its been more than a month and I haven't received my package as yet. I kept getting order updates though. The last mail I got said that the package has reached its regional unit and will be delivered in *-* days, but I have got nothing yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
