I had to sent my books/clothes from Delhi to Ahmednagar. Dtdc booked it on **th June and from that day online status is the same that is in transit. When I tried calling them they say they don't know the location of courier.This is such a mental agony

They are not delivering the cuoriers within time. Calls are not responding. And also forced to pickup from their offices, otherwise it was returned. Very rude behaviour..
