Paizapay is coimbatore based company having multiple membership plans to grow our money. I chose **** membership plan. Was went well, i was seening my money grown too in the wallet. But we cant withdraw the money from wallet.
They suggesting to purchase the products from the site which is high cost compare to other online ecommerce sites.
I ordered mobile phone, worth rupees ***** on their app. For purchasing that product too I cant utilize that entire wallet money. I paid ***** from my hand, remaining **** only debited from my wallet out of **** rupees.
After i done payment, tried to call them to enquire about the details regarding product delivery, no response from customer care.
Its ringing but no one picking up, whatsapp number switched off, email also not working. Got a system reply from gmail as its not a valid email address.
I would like to get my principle amount along with the money paid to order mobile. In total ***** only I would like to get from them.
