I ordered few cosmetics from fixchase.com in the month of march itself and after that I did not got any update from them. I dropped a lot of follow up mails after that and they were not replying. Now their website is not reachable. I need a refund of my money.
Please help on this matter and take a strict action against the fixchase member.
