I have ordered a product online on quent cot website and i have done a payment also of rs **** and when i call them they only say this thing is that the product is not delivering to you . they sent a message also for refund and they also tell me to sent a same message to another number and when i send message to a given number they say ki humare pass toh aaya hi nhi but when i say ki mere pass se toh message sent show kr raha hai lekin woh bolte hai ki mere pass toh aaya hi nhi
