Sugeesh filed complaint against Supervek on May 25, 2020

I had ordered face mask from supervek through their website * weeks before, however it had reached my place ** days before. I got a call from their delivery partner and asked to come some *-* kms from my delivery address (Palakkad, Kerala) which is unfair. I refused it and since then it is yet to deliver. I have written multiple mails to supervek, but no response from them. I requested for refund but no response. I am deeply frustrated and disappointed. Please address this asap !!

Supervek – Mask nt delivered Open

I had ordered mask online on *th June ...till today I hve nt received the dilivery...neither I hve received any message or tracking number...if u cannot dilivery pls refund my payment
