Milk basket gurgaon - Package not delivered

Harsh Chiki filed complaint against Milk basket gurgaon on Apr 3, 2020

Placed and order of a big amount on Milkbasket. The package was never delivered, and they are not responding on call/whatsapp/twitter. I have requested for cancellation and refund in my bank a/c, but no response from the MilkBasket team.
